Customer Success Executive/Project Manager

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution of all deals.
  • Coordinate with all internal teams, external stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless communication between all parties.
  • Iterate and design detailed process flows for projects, to ensure organised running and completion of tasks.
  • Lead meetings with internal teams to identify blockades and decide on real-time solutions to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation to identify mishaps and improve existing processes.

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Success/Project Management Role.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organisation skills with a strong emphasis on analytical thinking.
  • Proven ability to solve problems with real-time solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
