Work directly with customers on small to mid-sized configuration projects within complex
Kronos Workforce Central 6.3 and 8.1.x environments.
? May be requested on occasion to assist with support ticket queue as necessary due to
day to day staffing shortages or excessively high-volume support days. Expected to be
low occurrence.
