Job Description

  1. Provide relevant inputs to the Managers during the budget planning & strategy formulation exercise
  2. Keep abreast with the regulatory framework and guidelines of the region; ensure that operational procedures are in alignment with such guidelines

Operational Excellence

  1. Provide support to the Managers & SDMs in preparing the financial business plan and track the business performance management
  2. Provide support to the Managers in collaborating with the Business & other stakeholders to understand key issues and provide recommendations to influence better decision-making
  3. Implement various initiatives, policies and procedures to help enhance the productivity, efficiency and quality of services delivered
  4. Provide support to the Managers & SDMs to enhance reporting & analysis related efficiencies

Stakeholder Management

  1. Develop and maintain strong proactive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure coordination & optimal performance
  2. Nurture ecosystem partnerships with the stakeholders to deliver superior business operations

Governance & Compliance

  1. Implement effective governance, compliance and risk management frameworks across the capability centre to drive holistic performance and maintain reputation
  2. Ensure pro-active input into preventive actions to address key business risks; Manage issues to mitigate impact and risk by early detection & involvement
  3. Champion the embedding of a compliance culture within the respective team members
