The role will be required to work directly with Center head and alongside the sub-function head in ensuring the assigned tasks are being fulfilled by the teams in an accurate manner and reporting back to the center head on the performance
To plan and implement a comprehensive performance management methodology that fits the business needs and continuously upgrade as per requirements
Develop a leading KPI matrix with a mix of strategic, tactical and operational KPI
Develop and prepare customized performance dashboard and analysis for the shared services workforce
Strive to derive Business insights and establish the framework to ensure the right level of information is available for long term, short term and tactical decision making for the Leadership
Prepare and present the shared services performance insights and analytics for monthly/ Quarterly and annual reviews
Identify and promote continuous improvement to capture value from information on processes and performance management
Develop and deploy different scoring mechanisms and close the loop by identify improvement opportunities and tracking them for completion
Work closely with the teams to ensure that the shared services meet KPI performance expectations and the required threshold on the developed scoring mechanisms
Set Up Lean Sigma
Agile ways of Working and Quality Management Framework will be a part of key deliverables
The role should be able to work with Client's Leadership to ensure the necessary solutions and actions are not only identified, but also seen to completion
