Key Responsibilities
The iOS Lead Engineer with 5-8 years of experience will be responsible for
Primary Skills:
- Proficient with Swift , iOS frameworks such as Core Data
- Must have expert knowledge of Enterprise Mobile application development.
- Understanding of Apples design principles and interface guidelines
- Must have experience with wring and interacting with web services / back end service end points (SOAP/REST) with SOA framework
- Proficient with Oops concepts and Design Patterns
- Experience with automated testing and unit tests
- Have excellent knowledge about the performance optimisation of mobile applications
- Must have ability to organize large-scale front-end mobile application codebases using common mobile design patterns and libraries.
- Strong familiarities in dealing with different tools (XCode, Git, SVN etc) and software development methodologies (Agile, TDD (Test driven development, Water fall etc.)
- Strong knowledge of communicating with other devices peripherals over Bluetooth / NFC / RFID / WiFi / Other communication mechanisms.
- Should have a very good experience in technically mentoring the team and assisting the team when required
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Secondary Skills:
- User interface design experience
- Familiarity with unit testing of mid layer and front-end code
- Passionate about CI/CD & automation
- Knowledge on any other mobile technologies like Android/React Native/Flutter
