Key Responsibilities

The Lead Engineer/Sr Lead Engineer will be responsible for design and development of scalable and flexible web applications and creating Web API REST based services. The main scope of work will include everything from back-end to client-side code, using optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks, and patterns.

• Integrating with front-end developers, UI design capabilities.
• Ensuring a required level of performance
• Analyzing requirements and designing new functionality
• Supporting and fixing existing functionality
• Selecting and using the most appropriate and efficient technologies for a particular application
• Designing and building application layers
• Candidate must be a master of atleast one technology area with the ability to easily switch between technologies.
• Candidate must be abreast with latest technologies and trends, relevant standards; should be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, multinational team environment focused on innovation.
• Candidate should be comfortable working on a range of problems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science/MCA/MSc(CS)
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in Microsoft Technologies with the client-side framework (UI design capabilities).
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and processes
• Strong with Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD)
• Strong with TypeScript and NodeJs, Golang, AWS (IoT, VPC, RDS(postgres), Lambda/Serverless services, SQS, CloudWatch, SNS), Micro service Architecture, oAuth, TLS, MQTT&WebSocket Protocols and REST Architecture)
• Secondary skills: Shell script, python, Docker, CI/CD ,
• Good to have: Angular, Alexa & GoogleHome voice Asst Skills, Design Patterns, NoSQL, SQL&PLSQL 
• Okta or oAuth2 working knowledge

• Experience in Serverless.com framework or AWS SAM, DynamoDB, AWS JS SDK
• Experience in Any SQL database or AWS TimestreamDB
• Good experience in developing secure, high-performance Web APIs that others rely on
• Strong knowledge of AWS API Gateway, Kinesis, Testing Frameworks
• Strong knowledge in UI principles and good understanding on CSS/CSS3/Bootstrap.
• Understanding of HTML/HTML5, JS, and CSS
• Knowledge on IIS configuration and application deployment.
• Knowledge on Unit test cases writing, coding standards.
• Advanced knowledge of software development and deployment on Windows
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL, MSSQL, MySQL preferred
• Agile software methodologies and tools.
