Chatbots/Conversational Designer
Location -Bangalore(WFH)
- Present about capabilities and chatbot journey in different forums and meeting with senior stakeholders
- Design and create presentations on latest developments in Conversational AI and share knowledge at different meetings/events
- Get on initial exploratory calls with business stakeholders to understand the use case and suggest/recommend appropriate solutions
- Running design thinking and brainstorming discussions with business teams to understand business problems and arrive at appropriate automation solutions
- Create and design bot persona and create conversation scripts that represent the brand identity
- Architect clear, natural conversation flows with compelling, understandable copy for bot flows
- Understand nuances of front end channels and design flows and conversations depending on the channels- WhatsApp, Teams, Facebook Messenger, Webapp
- Understand and explain the intricacies and logic behind chatbot intents
- Work closely with engineering and developers to assess use cases including the context, the topics, and the types of user questions
- Create journeys and flows for end user- Develop mock ups flows and all other creative proto-typing related items
- Collaborate with business teams and developers to design, implement, and iterate on intents
- o Test the bot flows and make changes to copies as required
