Job Description

  • 9-14 years of QA experience with 3-4 years of relevant experience as Test Lead /Manager
  • Deep practical – Functional and Automation experience with Workday implementation or HR/Payroll domain Testing
  • Formulate / review software testing strategies
  • Manage software testing processes and develop the internal QA team       
  • Review business / software requirements and provide inputs.
  • Prepare / review test plans.
  • Analyze test results and test metrics in a central dashboard
  • Prepare / review / present test reports and Stakeholder management.
  • Ensure test automation is in place throughout the lifecycle of the release
  • Maintains all the automated tests and end-to-end tests
  • Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements that improve the level of delivery while finding cost optimization opportunities.
  • Must demonstrate effective communication with management, peers, and subordinates, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organized and methodical. Ability to initiate, plan and develop according to plan though coping with a level of uncertainty and risk.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience in a large industry IT organization is a plus
  • Experienced virtual team worker with ability to work across time, geographical, and cultural boundaries.
  • Leadership skills and ability to drive change using influence and networking
  • A university degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
