Job Description



  • Design Business Strategy focusing on RE & Brand Growth across the Region in partnership with Retail Marketing, New Retail and Brand Teams.


  • Build a High Performing Team to execute the business strategy.
    • Re-evaluate existing roles & redefine that in context of limitless / new retail.
    • Evaluate existing talent against the redefined roles & create an action plan to - develop/engage/retain or part ways (if required) with specific timelines.
    • Elevate & empower roles by assigning additional responsibilities (appoint as SPOC etc).


  • Build Omni Channel & Analytics Capabilities through:
    • Individual & Team Capability Building.
    • Process Enhancements.
    • Structural Changes (if required)
