  1. Summary of Job Contents


Development and performance of all Didactic sales activities in assigned market. Drive and grow the business and revenue through customer acquisition. . This is a hands-on sales role, responsible for generating sales for the Didactic equipment and training business. Directs the sales  team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Will be the front of the company in the assigned market and will have dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

  1. Key Responsibilities


  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Actively search, analyse opportunities and targeting suitable organisations to drive new business development that supports the sales strategy
  • Spearhead and lead in all assigned business development projects/initiatives and coming up with strategies to drive and execute the project successfully.
  • Achieve sales target for Didactic equipment and training business
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Identify prospect and establish relationships with industry partners to grow the customer base
  • Organise outreach programme ie. webinar, symposium, and workshops to garner sales opportunities
  • Liaise and work with marketing resources to follow up and close potential sales leads
  • To produce relevant and targeted materials to facilitate sales process
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’&
