Kanth brings two decades of Engineering & Business experience to Xpheno. He started his career as an engineer and honed his Techno-Business skills with firms like NAL, Kirloskar, Wipro and Mahindra. During his long stints at Engineering consulting firms like Easi-Allegis and Alten, he enabled large Automotive firms like GM, Ford, Chrysler, Mercedez Benz to set up their ODCs in India.
At Xpheno, Kanth is part of the leadership team and leads the Engineering Services business.
Siddharth’s forte is Leadership hiring across Consumer and Retail sectors. At Xpheno he has shouldered the responsibility of establishing a specialist recruiting division focussed on Life Sciences and Consumer Industries. In his earlier stints, Siddharth worked at a reputed boutique search firm and a large European staffing company. He is an MBA from Kirloskar Institute of Management, and a Masters in Economics.

He has learnt the nuances of IT Staffing, RPO, Business Process Outsourcing during his stints with large MNC and entrepreneur employers. He has an in-depth understanding of Technolgy, Engineering, Telecom, Banking, E-commerce industries to name a few. For Roche, work is all about Relationships and works with a passion for building long-term relationships. He is based out of Kolkata.
After his topping MBA in HR & Marketing from JNT, he has gained valuable working insights in Technology in Leadership Hiring, Project Hiring for Green & Brown Field, RPO and VOP setups experience across Financial Services, Fintech and Early Startups, Product, Research & Development.
He gained his recruitment stripes through his past two marquee fortune 500 Staffing Employers, one NASDAQ listed American staffing major and the other Japan’s top staffing firm. Over the last 12 plus years Krishna has executed hiring projects across India, Singapore, Middle East, China, Australia, Vietnam, US & Japan region.

Kedar is passionate about customer success and believes in face to face conversations. At Xpheno his responsibility is to create deeper relationships with GICs (Global In House Centers) and enable scale across business lines. Over the last 15 years, Kedar has built his expertise in Leadership Hiring, Staffing, and Turnkey Recruitment Solutions.
Based in Pune, Kedar will consult with the Big Consulting & Fortune 500 companies to build their Talent Roadmap in India.
Akash is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with experience in areas of corporate finance, planning & forecasting, accounting, taxation, investors relations & governance. He started his career with a Big4 and been a part of diverse engagements, he has gathered expertise in the areas of management consultancy and executed large projects. As the core member of the IPO team for one of the largest Staffing Companies in India he ran the post listing compliance framework.
At Xpheno, Akash leads Finance and Investor relations. He supports the board in driving the financial strategy and shoulders the responsibility of corporate governance. Akash’s role extends to drive the business strategy with the leadership team and maintain the financial health of Xpheno.
Prasadh has 20 years of experience in building technology platforms for Staffing and Recruitment Firms. He spearheaded the first integrated finance & staffing technology platform built-in Staffing Industry. He has been part of many niche staffing and CRM solutions built internationally over that period. He brings in his experience in international consulting and solution development in HR Tech, EduTech & E-Learning, Oil & Gas domains.
At Xpheno, Prasadh spearheads both Technology and Marketing. His primary mandate is to increase customer experience and efficiency through Technology. He enjoys delivering on Xpheno’s Branding & Marketing strategy.
