Temp Mandates understanding , Staffing Operations, Business Development and Key Account Management.
Executing New sales initiatives, Strategic Planning, Detailed task for verticals assigned .
Responsible for business development by identifying new sales opportunities and sell the services to new clients for Non IT Business
To develop a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
Responsible for getting new business with existing relationships as well as penetrating the accounts and adding new business.
Mapping new clients in various industries, placing proposals and getting the MOUs, Agreements done.
Preparation and execution of business plan & developing strategies to up-sell and cross-sell in the clientele.
( Direct Hire , ITS , Engineering Staffing )
Be responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations
Track weekly calls and appointments.
Arrange / Prepare proposals and contracts for clients; effectively represent company at various professional meetings.
Create Job Orders , Forecast, Lead meetings, align with organizational Goals , Vision and Values
Ability to negotiate Commercials / Salaries, convince clients within their business areas, while ensuring that all processes are followed
in line with the agreed methodology.
Good experience in contingent (Contract) staffing
Aggressive, Dynamic, Result oriented, Good sales aptitude, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in client identification, client development, & interaction for promoting business and providing manpower services to all categories in
Sound knowledge to evaluate client requirements
Graduate / Management Degree with at least 7 + years’ experience in Staffing sales and sales management ability. Having excellent communication and
interpersonal skills along with exposure to Analytical, Assessment & Presentation Skills
