Enabling a 250-member Sales team in 45 days for a leading financial services organisation

One of the most significant sales staffing challenges we faced to date was to staff the sales team of 250 people in 45 days across 6 locations for a financial services conglomerate.

Challenge: The Financial Services Conglomerate was launching their Consumer Durables Credit services. They wanted to launch in 6 states with 250 salespeople in 45 days.

Solution: Xpheno’s sales recruiters traveled to 20 odd locations and deployed them in the stipulated time on a Contract2Hire model.

Outcome: The client had not hired people on Contract mode and was naturally apprehensive about the joining ratio. It was the festival season of Diwali, and timely onboarding was crucial to their scale. The client disbursed 25,000 loans in their month of launch.
