What are the expectations?

Aligning your candidates’ career aspirations with our client’s hiring needs. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring a pleasant candidate experience.
Proactively building relationships with people in the market through face-to-face, phone, and video call meetings.
Being a subject matter expert in the technology / engineering domain to help people reach their career goals.
Pro-actively introducing candidates to clients to help uncover new opportunities for them.
Staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices in the Staffing space.
Building a collaborative, supportive and friendly culture with your team members.
Identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies and results for the team.
Adhering to the process and systems, delivering on the agreed KPIs.
Achieving the daily submission, weekly selection, monthly offer & onboarding targets as committed to the client and internal BU head.

What are the requirements?

0-4 years’ experience in Technical/Engineering/Banking and/or Financial Operations Recruitment experience
Strong entrepreneurial workstyle
A positive learning attitude and growth-driven mindset
Passionate about building new candidate/client relationships
Wanting a career as a value creator and learning to be the best within the domain you operate
An individual who enjoys helping others & succeeding as a team

Education Qualification

B.E/B.Tech/MBA/BBA/BSW/MSW/BCA/BSc (Computers, Science, Maths).

Who we are?

Xpheno was founded in 2017 by two veterans in the staffing and recruitment industry.

Our co-founders – Kamal Karanth and Anil Ethanur have previously served as MD for Kelly Services India and Malaysia, and as the MD of Recruit India respectively. They are lifelong friends, neighbours, former competitors and now, business partners.
