Who we are
We are Xpheno (pronounced ‘ex-feeno’), a Specialist Talent Solutions company that offers Direct Hire, IT Staff Augmentation, Executive Search, Engineering Services & Sales/Support Staffing services.
Founded in 2017 by two veterans in the staffing and recruitment industry, Xpheno strives to be a reliable talent partner for various MNCs and VC-funded start-ups. Our co-founders Kamal Karanth and Anil Ethanur have previously served as MD for Kelly Services India and Malaysia, and as the MD of Recruit India respectively. They are lifelong friends, neighbors, former competitors and now, business partners.
As a specialist staffing firm with business lines in permanent recruitment and contract staffing for domestic and global clients, we believe in creating true value for our clientele.
The cornerstone of our belief is that when placed in a role that best suits their abilities, people can have a far-reaching effect beyond their immediate circle.
