The OEM’s RnD center was scaling up its EV talent pool in India. Skills were relatively scarce and new in India. Hence the onboarding time was getting longer.

Xpheno’s Engineering Services team took up the Contract2Hire Model. Try before you hire was our solution.

We recruited the first 30 engineers, upskilled some of them in CAE, Design & Skills and deputed them. Many of them eventually got transitioned as FTEs to the Principal OEM.

Its been 2 years and the Car Maker continues to give us +ive NPS Scores.
